On July 25-26, 2025, the core management members of Aode gathered together to hold the mid-year strategic meeting for 2025. This meeting comprehensively reviewed and analyzed the work achievements and shortcomings of the first half of the year, formulated the work plan for the second half of the year, and conducted strategic planning and outlook for 2026.

At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Zhou Dingshan of Aode Corporation first explained the completion status of the company's strategic goals for the first half of the year, analyzed the shortcomings, difficulties and improvement measures in the work, and guided the company's business operations in the second half of the year by addressing the problems and setting the goals as the direction.
Mr. ZhouDingshan emphasized: "We should focus on the products, concentrate on the core industries, and expand globally. We must persist in learning and growth, and strengthen the cultivation of the talent pipeline; we must adhere to the mindset of the operator, centering on the customers, and extending our business to the customers to win every difficult and arduous battle, so as to make Aode become the first world-class temperature control equipment brand in China."
Subsequently, Marketing President Huang Wenqin, General Manager Zhang Weijun of Aulank, and General Manager Yang Jianjun of the Boiler Division of Suao respectively gave a review of the current work and outlined the future plans for Shenzhen Aode, Aulank Pump Industry, and the Boiler Division.
The marketing center, Aode Thermal Control, Finance Department, Marketing Department, Technology Research and Development Center, Human Resources and Administration Center, Supply Chain Center, and After-sales Service Department respectively focused on their core matters and comprehensively and meticulously reported on the strategic execution situation for the first half of the year. They deeply analyzed the existing problems and proposed practical and feasible solutions, further clarifying the key tasks and direction of efforts for the second half of the year.
