Today (December 17, 2025), the opening ceremony of Suzhou AODE Cold & Heat Transfer Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AODE Cold & Heat Transfer Technology") was grandly held.

As a key measure for AODE to deepen its layout in the industrial temperature control field, AODE Cold & Heat Transfer Technology will focus on providing solutions for high-performance heat exchange systems, concentrating on serving the industrial refrigeration, high-temperature heat pumps and chemical industries. This will further enhance AODE's comprehensive service capabilities in the temperature control industry.

PART.ONE

Unite the foundation of success and usher in a new chapter of development.

The ceremony began with the "Foundation Stone" segment. Zhou Dingshan, the chairman of AODE, delivered the opening speech: "The opening of Suzhou AODE Cold & Heat Transfer Technology Company is an important manifestation of AODE's industrial chain integration. It has effectively promoted the sharing and mutual assistance of resources among AODE's various companies, achieving maximum benefits, and will also make an important contribution to AODE's platform-based development towards industrial temperature control equipment."

At the subsequent "Foundation Inlaying" ceremony, Chairman Zhou Dingshan solemnly placed a cornerstone engraved with the AODE logo into a transparent cornerstone box, symbolizing the laying of a solid foundation for the enterprise.

Subsequently, General Manager Gong Xingli of AODE Cold & Heat Transfer Technology, General Manager Huang Wenqin of AODE and Vice President of WIDETHERM, General Manager Zhang Weijun of AULANK Pump, and General Manager Yang Jianjun of AODE Boiler, along with 11 other representatives from the group and the company's management team, took their turns to step onto the stage and jointly placed the cornerstone symbolizing strength and commitment, uniting the group's efforts and propelling the Thermal Technology division into action.

The foundation has been laid. The 12 leaders jointly placed their hands on the starting ball. As the entire audience counted down "3, 2, 1", the starting ball instantly lit up, marking the official launch of AODE Cold & Heat Transfer Technology.

Draw the blueprint, unite the team's strength.

Gong Xingli, the general manager of AODE Cold & Heat Transfer Technology, systematically expounded the company's development plan in the declaration, focusing on industrial refrigeration, high-temperature heat pumps and chemical heat exchange fields, and looking forward to the future vision.

During the "Jointly Drawing the Blueprint" session, General Manager Gong Xingli, Chairman Zhou Dingshan, and representatives of the AODE Cold & Heat Transfer Technology employees solemnly signed their names on the scroll and took a group photo, announcing the official assembly of the company's core team.

After that, all the management representatives present at the scene simultaneously stepped up to sign from both sides of the scroll, symbolizing that AODE Cold & Heat Transfer Technology will collaborate with all the companies of AODE to jointly advance and establish a stable industrial temperature control industry platform.
