BOPP film is bidirectional polypropylene film, it is the polymer polypropylene melt first through the long and narrow head into sheet or thick film, and then in the special drawing machine, at a certain temperature and set speed, at the same time or step in the vertical two directions (vertical, horizontal) for stretching. After proper cooling or heat treatment or special processing (such as corona, coating, etc.), the final product of BOPP film is prepared.

In view of the current situation that the temperature control accuracy of boilers in the market can only be maintained at ±1℃, AODE has provided A customized energy-saving temperature control solution for Company A. It has developed and designed a 2.5 million kcal gas boiler with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃ to provide centralized heat source for heating the workshop oven, and is equipped with a large water temperature machine and an electric heating heat conduction oil furnace for temperature control. The precision of temperature control is ensured, energy consumption is saved and operation cost is reduced.
