AODE has configured a new system design of 2.5 million kcal gas thermal oil boiler linked to waste heat boiler. Through the design of system optimization and automatic control, the thermal oil furnace has strong adaptability and full automatic operation, and at the same time, it can realize self-adjustability under the condition of highest utilization of waste heat, so that it can save fuel more.
Heat transfer oil boiler, also known as organic heat carrier boiler, it takes heat transfer oil as the medium, uses hot oil circulation pump to force the liquid phase circulation of the medium, transfers the heat energy to the heat equipment, and then returns to the heating furnace to reheat. To meet both energy saving and adjustability is a difficult problem to overcome in the industry.
