Pain point

As a modern enterprise integrating research and development, production and sales of vacuum glass, P Company has added a vacuum glass production line, and put forward the following temperature control requirements according to its own production needs:

constant temperature cooling equipment, the water temperature of the system can be set within the range of 50-80 degrees Celsius, the accuracy of the set value is ±1 degree Celsius

The system water should reach the set temperature in 30 minutes.

The system outlet pressure is constant (the pressure is 0.2-0.5MPa, which can be set (the constant pressure system is automatically controlled by the frequency converter).

Heat conduction medium: water/oil can be used, consider using water to control the temperature first, if higher temperatures are needed later, use oil medium.

Solution (Select equipment)

Since P company had not used similar equipment before, AODE sent a technical team many times to connect with P company's technology and requirements, and finally developed a customized air-cooled cold and hot machine according to P company's needs.

Heat transfer medium: thermal oil/water

Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃

Temperature control range: normal temperature ~150℃ (oil temperature), normal temperature ~90℃ (water temperature)

Heating power: 36KW, direct heating

Cooling method: 16㎡ indirect cooling heat transfer

Safety protection: power reverse phase, motor overload, lack of media protection, pipeline blockage, high pressure abnormal, exhaust, flow protection, liquid level protection, antifreeze protection

Effect

Air-cooled cold and hot integrated machine, using heating and cooling PID control, accurate, stable temperature control, intelligent control, to ensure product quality consistency. At the same time, only the temperature and time parameters need to be set to achieve automatic control, reducing the time and cost of manual operation.
