Pain point

As A domestic first-class chemical new energy equipment service provider, the mold temperature machine in its drying crystallization equipment provides constant temperature control for material drying, accelerates the drying process, controls the drying speed, etc. The supporting drying equipment for nickel, cobalt and lithium battery materials uses a thermal oil furnace, but the thermal oil furnace has two major problems: simple appearance and untimely service.

The appearance of simple drying equipment such as nickel, cobalt, lithium battery materials, directly affects the quality of the material. It should be known that the wet material transported by the previous process enters the dryer for drying operation, and the material completes the heat and mass transfer process during the flow process to achieve the purpose of drying, and then the material is cooled in the dryer to reach the packaging temperature and enters the packaging equipment for packaging. Throughout the process, a stable heat source and temperature control directly affect material quality.

At the same time, during the drying process of nickel, cobalt and lithium battery materials, contact with a little copper, zinc and nickel will make the material of the entire drying axe body scrapped. Therefore, the following requirements are put forward for the supporting temperature control equipment:

(1) Material can not contain copper, zinc, nickel

(2) The equipment control cabinet requires IP55 dustproof grade

(3) The whole machine requires stainless steel material, part of the motor explosion-proof

(4) The pump requires a large flow pressure of not more than 4 kg
