The 2025 year-end sprint conference and sales PK competition of AODE concluded successfully: Unite hearts and minds, fight to the top.
To ignite the team's enthusiasm for the year-end push, enhance the overall business capabilities of all members, and strengthen the team's cohesion, on October 25, 2025 (Saturday), AODE held an annual business sprinting conference and sales competition themed "Year-end Sprint, Battle for the Peak! - 100 Yuan Transformation, Decide in Six Hours!". The entire event had a lively atmosphere, and all team members worked wholeheartedly, demonstrating the outstanding teamwork spirit and competitive spirit of the AODE people.

The first part of the event was called "Signing of Annual Performance Goals". Each team member solemnly signed their personal performance goals on the banner. The resounding signatures on the banner not only embodied the determination of each member, but also gathered the collective expectations of the team for the final push towards the end of the year, setting an uplifting tone for the entire event.

The competition was divided into four groups, and each group had its own distinctive products for sale. In order to expand the sales channels and increase sales, each team discussed thoroughly before the competition and formulated different sales strategies.
During the sales process, the team members of each group fully utilized their own advantages and actively introduced the product features and advantages to passers-by. After a fierce 6-hour competition, Team2 Hidden Blue won the championship with the leading sales volume, while the Team Beef Noodles won the "Best Creativity Award" with its unique promotion method.

Team Collaboration
AODE's male colleagues took the lead and stepped forward to play the main role. They all showed off their cooking skills. The female colleagues didn't give up either and actively assisted the male colleagues. Everyone had clear responsibilities and worked closely together. Amid the rising smoke from the kitchen, the team members were laughing and chatting happily.





After nearly two hours of hard work, a series of delicious dishes were cooked one after another, eventually forming a rich dinner.






Everyone sat together, enjoying the delicious food they had prepared themselves and sharing the amusing stories and insights from the sales competition during the day. This part not only allowed everyone to feel the comfort of the food in the midst of their busy lives, but also strengthened the internal communication and cooperation within the team through the process of sharing the food. This further enhanced the team's cohesion in a warm atmosphere, showcasing the warm essence of the "home culture" of AODE.

Campfire party
At 6 p.m., the bonfire party kicked off grandly at the base. From competitions to relaxed interactions, everyone was immersed in the joyous atmosphere. Not only did this help relieve fatigue, but it also strengthened the sense of team belonging through coordinated cooperation.






This year-end sprint conference and sales competition event not only enhanced the team's market response capabilities and collaboration efficiency through practical operations, but also deepened the "compete, learn, strive, help, surpass" spirit through diverse forms such as "set goals, compete in sales, share meals, and celebrate together".
In the future, all members of AODE will take this event as an opportunity to integrate the competitive spirit and collaborative awareness demonstrated during the event into the year-end sprint work. With greater confidence, more enthusiasm, and more pragmatic actions, they will fully strive towards the year-end performance targets and aim to submit a satisfactory report in 2025!
