On July 28–29, 2026, to achieve the company's full-year objectives, align thinking, clarify the path forward, and reinforce accountability, AODE's management gathered for the AODE 2026 Half-Year Strategy Review and H2 Work Deployment Conference, jointly contributing ideas for the execution of the second-half strategy.
On the first day of the conference, AODE Chairman Zhou Dingshan opened with an overall report covering three areas: a comprehensive review of progress against the first-half 2026 strategic goals, an in-depth analysis of major shortfalls and challenges with proposed improvement measures, and a systematic outline of the second-half strategic direction, key initiatives, and required resources and support.

They conducted an in-depth review of first-half operations, systematically sorting out achievements and shortfalls across dimensions such as technology innovation iteration, market layout optimization, and refined management implementation, anchoring the direction for second-half work.

On the second day, all attendees engaged in two rounds of in-depth discussion. The first round was organized into dedicated groups — Board of Directors, Business, Technology, and Logistics Support — where each group exchanged views and sparked ideas around the second-half work direction and the 2027 strategic brainstorming plan.

In the second round, each company, based on the suggestions from all companies and centers and the outcomes of the dedicated discussions summarized on the first day, grouped to summarize and produce the second-half 2026 strategy delivery plan and the 2027 strategic brainstorming plan.
Through multi-dimensional, in-depth discussions, the team further aligned its understanding and clarified the concrete measures for executing each strategy.
