It can achieve internal temperature control within -15℃ to 120℃ and jacket temperature control within -25℃ to 130℃, covering the temperature requirements for the production of most raw materials and intermediates in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It adopts advanced PID temperature control technology, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, effectively solving the problem of insufficient accuracy in traditional temperature control methods.
Dynamic tracking of material temperature and intelligent adjustment
The temperature signal inside the customer's reaction tank can be detected to obtain real-time data of the material temperature. The opening degree of the single TCU regulating valve can be precisely adjusted, thereby controlling the temperature inside the single tank and achieving dynamic tracking and precise control of the material temperature.
Exd explosion-proof design, with multiple safety protections
Comprehensive alarm and protection functions enable real-time monitoring of the equipment's operating status. The entire centralized temperature control solution achieves integrated management of the equipment. Additionally, an Exd isolated explosion-proof cabinet is adopted, placing the components that may generate ignition sources during normal operation inside the explosion-proof enclosure. The explosion-proof enclosure can withstand the internal explosion pressure without any damage and can prevent the explosion from spreading outside the enclosure.
