01 Face the technical challenges head-on, 25-channels independent with precise temperature control
The extrusion and calendering process has strict requirements for temperature control. The process temperatures of each section of the extruder (cylinder, die head) and the calendering rollers are different and need to be controlled independently without interfering with each other; at the same time, the temperature fluctuations need to be controlled within ±1℃, which poses extremely high challenges to temperature control accuracy and system stability.
The AODE 25-channel water temperature machine has achieved precise management of 25 independent temperature control loops, ensuring that the flow, pressure and temperature of each channel precisely match the process requirements, effectively guaranteeing the uniformity of the molten extruded material, the stability of the die head outlet, and the consistency and surface quality of the calendered products.
Unlike conventional equipment that uses direct cooling methods, this equipment adopts an indirect cooling method, making the temperature control process more stable and controllable, effectively avoiding the temperature shock that may be caused by direct cooling, and significantly improving the stability of temperature control and product yield.
