Recently, Suzhou AODE Precise Equipment Co.,Ltd. The electric heating organic heat carrier furnace shipped this time was custom-developed to meet the stringent requirements of pharmaceutical and chemical reaction-kettle processes for precise high-temperature control, explosion-proof safety, and intelligent management.
Pharmaceutical and chemical reaction-kettle processes demand extremely high precision and stability in temperature control. Heat-transfer oil (thermal oil) provides a stable high-temperature heat source, avoiding localized overheating caused by direct electric heating, and is well suited to temperature-sensitive chemical reactions.
AODE's organic heat carrier furnace uses a heat-resistant paint rated to 300°C for surface treatment, with a temperature-control range spanning ambient to 300°C — meeting the core process needs of pharmaceutical API synthesis and reaction-kettle heating.
The equipment is equipped with PID intelligent auto-tuning control, achieving temperature accuracy of ±1°C, effectively preventing overshoot or fluctuation and ensuring consistency across reactions.

Chemical production environments often involve flammable and explosive materials, imposing extremely high requirements on equipment explosion-proof performance.
AODE's organic heat carrier furnace is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the ExdIIBT4 explosion-proof rating; both the core components and the electrical control cabinet adopt explosion-proof configurations.
A first-class (Grade 1) energy-efficiency circulation pump is selected, delivering energy savings while ensuring strong circulation capacity.
The expansion tank + low-position tank are skid-mounted as one unit (both made of CS carbon steel), effectively maintaining stable pressure in the heat-transfer oil system and preventing oil oxidation and degradation. The 1000 L low-position oil tank provides ample heat-transfer oil reserve, ensuring stability and reliability during long-term, high-load operation.
The equipment is equipped with a PLC and a high-definition Chinese–English HMI (human–machine interface), offering intuitive and convenient operation. It is fitted with an RS485 communication port for remote communication and automated management with the plant DCS system.
The equipment integrates multiple safety-protection functions, covering a complete safeguard system including overload protection, over-temperature protection, and low-oil protection.
