Hosted under the theme "Seizing Opportunities to Forge Ahead • Embarking on a New Journey", AODE’s 2026 Mid-Year Summary & Awards Conference was grandly held in August 2026. All business elites of Suzhou AODE Precise Equipment Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 874809) attended the meeting to review H1 performance, honor exemplary employees and draw up the H2 development plan.

Lock in Targets, Review Past & Prospect Future

At the outset of the meeting, Chairman Zhou Dingshan delivered an important speech covering AODE’s mid-year review and strategic planning for 2026. He conducted a comprehensive review of the achievements and work progress in the first half of the year, fully acknowledging the phased milestones the company attained amid a complex market landscape.

He pointed out that against the backdrop of an intensely competitive market, paired with emerging opportunities and challenges across diversified tracks including the booming semiconductor and new energy industries, AODE must "seize opportunities to forge ahead". With firmer resolve, swifter execution and more collaborative mechanisms, we shall embrace this campaign that belongs to every single one of us. Every department and every employee shall act as participants and drivers of this transformation, jointly writing the glorious chapters of AODE’s next decade.

Building on this analysis and the company’s strategic objectives, Zhou Dingshan formulated tailored work plans for the second half of the year. He clarified core priorities and key tasks spanning market expansion, technical R&D, production capacity reserve and organizational efficiency. He called on all AODE staff to unite as one and collectively "embark on a new journey".

During the special report session, Zhou Dingguo, Vice President of Marketing at AODE, first delivered the mid-year review and development plan of the Business Department for 2026, systematically sorting out the customer expansion progress and performance achievement status in the first half of the year.

Zeng Wenshu, Marketing Director, delivered the mid-year review and planning for business management & marketing in 2026, conducting in-depth analysis from multiple dimensions including brand building, market promotion and business management.

Shortly afterwards, each business leader took the stage in sequence and delivered detailed reports covering their teams' semi-annual performance, progress of key projects, and work plans for the second half of the year.

Zhu Xinsheng, General Manager of AODE, presented the 2026 R&D technical review and the second-half-year development plan. As a national high-tech enterprise deeply engaged in the industrial temperature control sector that integrates R&D, production and sales, AODE Equipment always regards technological innovation as its core competitiveness.

The General Manager highlighted the new breakthroughs achieved by the company in technical R&D during the first half of the year, clarified the key directions for R&D tackling in the second half of the year, and stressed the need to continuously consolidate technical barriers and drive market breakthroughs through product leadership.

Afterwards, Gong Xingli, General Manager of AODE Heating & Cooling Technology, shared insights on business management and market development. Drawing on her hands-on practical experience, she provided clear and actionable "growth methodologies" to help new staff achieve rapid business progress.

The meeting moved on to the awards session, where Suzhou AODE officially presented the 2026 Semi-Annual Sales Awards. A group of elite sales personnel with remarkable performance were honored grandly. Award recipients took the stage one by one to collect their prizes amid a warm and lively atmosphere.

After that, outstanding sales representatives delivered excellent experience-sharing sessions, where they shared their hands-on experience and insights in market expansion, customer service, project tackling and other fields. The awards ceremony is not only a tribute to all those who strived hard over the past six months, but also a mobilization and inspiration for all AODE staff to forge ahead with competitive spirit in the second half of the year.
